    The file I downloaded has the extension zip.php. What should I do?
    Some browser add the .php extension to the file. Just rename the file to dms.zip and run unzip.
    When I login and press the PayPal payment button I get an error message.
    Please check your browser's security settings and allow cookies from PayPal.
    The system sometimes logs me out and I have to login again. Why?
    This is actually a special security feature and required in government or healthcare. After one hour idle time the system logs you out of the system automatically. The logout time can be changed.
    How many users can access the system with one license?
    You can setup as many users and groups as you want. With one license all your employees have access via Internet, Intranet or Extranet to the system. That's what we call economical!
